Completing registration is the first step in becoming a partner with the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD). It also puts your organization into our online database which is searchable by site administrators looking for new services for their school sites; parents who are looking for additional resources for their child; and community based organizations looking to collaborate with others.
Attend the Community Based Organization’s orientation to SFUSD.
At the orientation, organizations are given relevant and up to date information regarding rules and regulations for partnering with SFUSD, including any information that may have changed over the year(s).
The orientation is also the best time for the organization’s staff to meet face to face with district staff and have any questions they may have answered or any concerns they may have addressed
All Community Based Organizations planning to provide services to SFUSD students and families must complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SFUSD and a Site Agreement (SA) with each school site they will be serving.
All Community Based Organizations should ensure that anyone they are sending out to our school sites have cleared a background check and have received a negative TB test.
This information should be kept in file with the organization and should be made available to the district upon request.
